In honour of my first ever non-kit camera lens which just arrived...

Hello gorgeous!

I'm dedicating today's {Friday Finds} to fun photography gear found on Etsy. I've just finished reading Scott Kelby's 'Digital Photography Book' cover-to-cover for the 3rd time and I'm raring to take my photos to the next level once and for all.

I mean they can't get any worse.

And because I need all the help I can get, fine art photography by dawn blanchard from Bathurst, New Brunswick sells a take along photography booklet called Little Tips that straps onto your camera bag. For just $8.75 {shipping included} and over 75+ tips on how to make your photographs better, I'm thinking I might get me one.

All my camera gear is B-O-R-I-N-G including my ugly black & red Pentax strap {yes I'm a Pentax in a Canon/Nikon world}. Vancouver's strap*happy makes one-of-a-kind camera straps that are anything but boring and since myself - and about 50,000 other bloggers - are obsessed with yellow & grey {hence my new blog design} I'm debating whether I should pick up the above bad boy for just $30 {+ $3 shipping}.

I first discovered this genious idea for capturing little one's attention via pinterest, but instead of using an old scrunchie {my favourite go-to hair accessory as a tween}, Camera Creatures {USA} sews & sells these little guys for $17 {+ $5 shipping}.

Remember the good ol' days when you'd say "oh snap" following a good burn? oh was that just me? dang! Well Creative Life Designs {Timmins, Ontario} has brought new meaning to my favourite 90's saying - tied with "NOT!" which I still use to this day. For $15.50 {shipping included} this key chain will scream I'm a super cool photographer AND I'm down with slang from past decades.

I purchased the 3-year warranty for my new investment, but it's not as cute as the Tracy Joy DSLR camera accessories {USA}. For $14 {+ $3 shipping} I can protect my glass - the term professional photographers use when discussing lenses - with a fleece lined drawstring bag.
