Damn you people and your insanely awesome television show recommendations! First Dexter, then Mad Men and now Downton Abbey... how's a girl supposed to blog with Old Lady Grantham spewing awesomeness night after night?

We're partway through Season 3 which means - in a few days time - I'll be on the hunt for yet another award winning televsion series to obsess over follow. Breaking Bad was a bit of a snoozefest and I'm not 100% sold on The Walking Dead phenomenon mainly because I don't do zombies, but what about Sons of Anarchy? or True Blood? (up until 'Twilight' I didn't do vampires either #stilldon'tdoKristenStewart #teamjacob #butonlybecausehe'sHOT)

As always your opinions and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Procrastination.

Oh...Sons of Anarchy. Lord help me. I was hesitant at first, and the first episode freaked me out, but then I was hooked....like a 16 year old school girl who wants to run her hands through Jax Teller's greasy hair hooked. I think I lost too much sleep while we made our way through 5 seasons staying up WAY too late each night. Right now we are really into The Americans, and we really liked Suits and House of Cards (which is only available on Netflix). I can't convince my husband to watch Downton Abbey, so I have only made it through a few episodes (we only have 1 TV so I can't hog it ALL the time!)

my newest obsession is Vikings on History channel! It's still in the first season and about 7 episodes in so you could deff catch up! You will love it I promise! It comes on Sunday nights at 10pm (: Enjoy!

Well, if Dexter wasn't too psychotic for you, I don't feel bad recommending The Following on Fox. The first season is just about to end, but you can watch most of the episodes online and all of them on Hulu Plus. It is SO good!

oh to have cable. or the energy to watch anything that requires mental effort. My regular tv shows are limited to Dancing with the Stars & the evening news.

the Following is amazing and house of cards was also quite the show. I have also heard that sons of anarchy is addicting. good luck Sara on finding another show.

Breaking Bad a snoozefest, really?! I was on the edge of my seat of some of those episodes, loved it. Loved Dexter too. Now, True Blood, I LOVED up until the last season, which was just too much. I was never in to vampires, not even twilight, but True Blood is like Twilight for adults. Very bad and dirty adults LOL. I dabbled in some Californication, some other very bad adults, and who knew David Duchovny could be so...attractive....hmm. Anyway, another old fave, Nip/Tuck. Stories of two HOT plastic surgeons and their crazy work, family and love lives. Really a neat show and you get used to the surgery scenes real quick (there's so much more to it than surgery, not one of those hospital shows at all). Strangely I also enjoyed a few seasons of Heroes as odd as it was it was exciting. I can't wait to check out Downton Abby now! I have never watched it.

I second Game of Thrones my favorite so entertaining, season 3 just started. True Blood, Girls (HBO - highly recommend), Boardwalk Empire, Sons of Anarchy (One word JAX TELLER) and Walking dead. :O)
